Frequently Asked Questions
1.) How can I get a quote for rentals?
You can call the office 714-491-1200 or contact us via email on the contact page or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.) How far in advance do I need to place an order?
The sooner the better. We don't have a specific time frame.
3.) Do you deliver?
We do offer delivery service for a fee. The fee is determined by the city and rental equipment.
4.) Can I pick up the rentals?
Most items can be picked up but not all of them. If you choose to pick up/drop off the person picking up would need to be able to load/unload the equipment and bring any tie downs or ropes you may need.
5.) Do I need to wash the linens before I return them?
No, we send them to a company to launder them. Linens must be shaken free of debris. Linens that have wax, burn marks or damage will be billed to customers credit card on file.
6.) Do I need to wash the china before returning it?
No. China, glass, flatware and food service equipment shall be returned rinsed free of debris/liquids and placed in original shipping crates. Equipment not rinsed upon return will be charged a cleaning fee.
7.) If I rent an item from you and do not use it, do I still get charged?
Yes, you do. When a customer rents an item from us, it removes that item from our inventory, and therefore making it unavailable for us to rent to another customer.
8.) Do I need to make an appointment to come visit your office?
Yes, it is recommended to make an appointment.
